Life Skills
We believe that academic excellence must go hand in hand with emotional intelligence, interpersonal awareness, and resilience.
Our Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) framework is designed to help students:
- Understand and manage emotions
- Set and achieve positive goals
- Show empathy for others
- Establish and maintain healthy relationships
- Make responsible and ethical decisions
We offer structured Life Skills periods where students are provided a safe space to express themselves, build self-confidence, and cultivate a sense of well-being.
These skills are integrated through classroom activities, group discussions, storytelling, role plays, reflective exercises, and mindfulness practices. The program also includes modules on conflict resolution, effective communication, self-awareness, time management, and coping with peer pressure and stress – critical for navigating both school life and the world outside.
By fostering emotional strength, empathy, and social responsibility, our life skills program equips students not only to succeed academically, but also to thrive as balanced, ethical, and compassionate individuals.
